echte Dinge /real things

This artist book was created during a residency at Latitude Chicago, digital lab in 2017. I bought little manufactures objects from the supermarket and scanned my hands holding them. Inspired by a stray find book How to learn German in 10 Days the words for each object are translated in German and English. Additionally, instead of conventional phonetic transcription, I translated the words as they would sound to a person from the other language area.
