A Text for a Stage, You & Me

Sometimes I feel like a table with three legs. Bending sidewards. Trying to get a hold of equation. When this cup of tea that was ment to cheer you up drowns all over you. I thought I could arrive somewhere in those sheets and beds and breakfasts. Leaning on the time that I had kept for my future-self.*

There in the middle of the paper she had been looking for a sense of ground.*

*A Text for a Stage, You & Me, 2016

This text was created on invitation to participate in:

Michaela Schweighofer: TO TAKE ON STAGE, Installation with lecture performances by Ahu Dural, Birke Gorm, Cornelia Lein, Marlene Meier and Gianna Virginia Prein, Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, 2016

As part of the lecture performance I invited artist Nicholas Hoffman to read my text while sitting on my lap.
